I am a hypnotherapist and NLP master practitioner specialising in health, wellness and fat loss coaching.

I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years either owning or running health clubs. I still consult to the fitness industry by training and developing staff, setting up health clubs and teaching principles of NLP and management.

I run a specialised smoking cessation program and weight loss program. As a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist my weight loss program addresses all areas of weight loss.

As many weight issues stem from emotional issues I have also studied and been certified in techniques such as Timeline Therapy, Analytical Hypnotherapy and Authentic Self Empowerment. This means that I can guide my clients through emotional blocks.

I operate my practise from Port Elizabeth and conduct sales training, management training and fat loss coaching throughout the country
